About Our Service

No. UAEVisaOnline.ae is a private visa assistance service operated by Travel Rox, Inc., and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of the UAE. We prepare and review your application for a service fee added to the government cost. You are always free to apply directly on the official ICP portal at a lower price.

Convenience and peace of mind. We check your passport and photo against UAE requirements before submission, catch the errors that cause delays or refusals, offer processing as fast as 6 working days, and give you dedicated support at every step. It is an optional paid service for travellers who prefer a guided, error-checked application.

Yes. We have processed more than 12,000 UAE eVisas since 2022 for travellers from over 100 countries. All payments run over a 256-bit SSL encrypted, PCI compliant checkout, and our pricing is all inclusive with no hidden charges. As a private agency we clearly disclose that the official portal is a lower cost option.

Your fee covers expert document and photo review, error prevention, a simplified application experience, real-time status tracking, and dedicated customer support, in addition to the government visa fee. These are convenience services the official portal does not provide.

The government visa fee is non-refundable once it has been remitted. Before we submit your application to the UAE authorities, our service fee is refundable in line with our policy. Once the application is submitted or the visa is approved, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

You can reach us by phone at +1 (415) 800-4485, on WhatsApp at +1 707-606-0634 where we typically reply within about 10 business minutes, or by email at inq@uaevisaonline.ae. You can also open a ticket through our support portal.

Do I Need a Visa and Am I Eligible

Most non-GCC nationals need a visa to enter the UAE. If you hold a passport from one of the 103 visa-required nationalities, you can obtain it online as a tourist eVisa instead of visiting an embassy. You can check your country on our eligible countries page.

Citizens of 103 visa-required nationalities across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas and Oceania can apply for the tourist eVisa entirely online. GCC nationals do not need a visa, and some nationalities get a free visa on arrival instead. Check yours on our eligible countries page.

Yes. Passport holders of around 40 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, EU and Schengen states, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, China, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, receive a free visa on arrival for up to 30 days and do not need a pre-arranged eVisa. Since June 2026, eligible nationals of Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Kenya and South Africa can also get a visa on arrival if they hold a valid residence permit from an approved country.

Yes. Nationals of the GCC states (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar) enter the UAE visa-free. GCC residents of certain professional categories may qualify for a visa on arrival based on their residency. Everyone else from a visa-required nationality applies for the tourist eVisa.

Yes. Every traveller needs a separate eVisa regardless of age, including infants and minors recorded on a parent's passport, at the same per-person fee. Because applicants must be adults, a parent or guardian completes the application on the child's behalf. You can submit the whole family together.

Apply with, and travel on, the passport of your eligible nationality, and enter and leave the UAE on the same passport you used to apply. Your eligibility and visa are tied to that passport, so keep it consistent from application through entry and exit.

Visa Types, Validity and Stay

The tourist eVisa covers leisure travel and sightseeing, visiting family and friends, attending events, and short business meetings or exhibitions. It does not permit paid work, long-term study, or taking up employment, which require their own visa categories sponsored inside the UAE.

The 30-day eVisa allows a stay of up to 30 days per visit, and the 60-day eVisa allows up to 60 days. Both are valid for 60 days from the date of issue for you to enter the UAE. Choose the 60-day option for a longer holiday, an extended family visit, or a business trip.

A single entry eVisa lets you enter the UAE once during the visa period. A multiple entry eVisa lets you enter more than once, which suits travellers who plan to leave and return, for example a regional business trip. Both come in 30-day and 60-day stay options.

Up to 30 days on the 30-day eVisa or up to 60 days on the 60-day eVisa, counted per visit from the date you enter. Both visas are valid for 60 days from issue for you to make that entry. The exact allowance is shown on your issued visa.

No. The tourist eVisa is strictly for tourism, family visits, events, and short business meetings. Paid employment and long-term study are not allowed and require a dedicated work or study visa sponsored inside the UAE.

An extension may be possible depending on the visa type, and it is arranged from inside the UAE before your permitted stay ends. Contact us before your visa expires and we will explain the options and costs. If you need longer, a fresh application is sometimes simpler.

The Unified Number is a permanent identifier the UAE issues to each traveller, generated automatically once your visa is approved. It links your records across UAE immigration systems and is used on future applications and entries.

Documents and Requirements

You need a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date, a recent passport-style photo on a plain white background, a confirmed onward or return ticket, and your accommodation details such as a hotel booking or the address of your host in the UAE.

Provide a recent colour photo taken within the last 6 months on a plain white background, showing your full face with a neutral expression and no other people or objects. Head coverings are acceptable only for religious reasons and must not hide the face. We validate your photo before submission so it is not rejected.

Yes, your accommodation details are part of the application, and immigration may ask where you are staying on arrival. This can be a hotel booking or the address of a relative or host in the UAE.

You do not need bank statements or proof of funds for standard tourism, a letter of invitation, travel medical insurance, an embassy visit, or any paper application by post. The process is entirely online.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of entry into the UAE and must be machine-readable. If it expires sooner, renew it before applying, because the application will not be approved on a passport with insufficient validity.

No. Travel medical insurance is not required to obtain the UAE tourist eVisa. It is optional, and while a separate travel policy is worth considering for your own peace of mind, it is not part of the visa application.

Cost and Payment

Our all-inclusive prices range from $229 to $469 in US dollars, with the government visa fee already included. A 30-day single-entry eVisa with Standard processing starts at $229, and a 60-day multiple-entry eVisa with the fastest Express processing is $469. There are no hidden charges.

Every price includes the government visa fee, which we remit directly to the UAE government, and our service, which covers document and photo review, error checking, submission, tracking, and customer support. The price you see at checkout is the final amount.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Charges are processed in US dollars, so if you pay with a non-US card your bank applies its own exchange rate. Checkout is SSL secured and PCI compliant.

Because our price includes a paid assistance service on top of the government cost. The official portal charges only the government fee but offers no document review, error checking, or dedicated support. We are transparent that applying directly is a lower cost option for travellers who prefer to handle everything themselves.

Yes. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption over a PCI compliant checkout, and we do not store your full card details. Your personal and passport data are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Processing and Delivery

You choose your speed: Standard within 12 working days, Priority within 9 working days, and Express within 6 working days. Times exclude weekends and UAE public holidays and are measured from when we receive your complete application and payment. We recommend applying at least 15 days before travel.

Your approved eVisa is emailed to you as a PDF and is also available in your account on our website. Save a copy on your phone and, as a backup, print one page to show at check-in and at the immigration counter on arrival.

A printout is the safest thing to show at airline check-in and on arrival, and a copy on your phone works as a backup. We recommend carrying both in case of connectivity issues at the airport.

We monitor your application and keep you updated by email. If the UAE authorities decline it, that is usually due to inaccurate or inconsistent information, in which case you can submit a corrected application. Providing accurate details that match your passport is the best way to avoid problems.

Apply at least 15 days before departure to allow a comfortable buffer. If you are travelling sooner, choose Priority or Express processing. Applying early is always the safest choice.

Around 98%% of the applications we handle are approved. The UAE does not publish an official approval statistic, but for eligible nationalities who submit accurate information that matches their passport, approval is generally high.

Entry, Travel and Local Rules

Your eVisa is valid at every UAE entry point. You can arrive at the international airports of Dubai (DXB), Abu Dhabi (AUH), Sharjah (SHJ), Ras Al Khaimah (RKT) or any other UAE port of entry. Your accommodation and onward ticket may be checked on arrival.

Since the Unified Fine System took effect on 11 February 2026, tourist and visit visa holders receive no grace period, and a fine of AED 50 per day applies from the first day after your permitted stay ends. Prolonged overstays can lead to deportation or a re-entry ban, so plan your exit date carefully.

November to March offers the most comfortable weather, with warm, sunny days ideal for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the desert. The summer months from June to August are far cheaper but extremely hot, often above 40C.

Yes. Tourists aged 21 and over can buy and drink alcohol in licensed venues such as hotel bars, restaurants and clubs, with no personal licence needed to order a drink. Drinking or being drunk in public places outside licensed venues remains illegal, so keep it to licensed settings.

Modest dress is expected in public places such as malls, government buildings and restaurants, generally covering the shoulders and knees. Swimwear is fine at beaches, pools and water parks. There is no male guardian rule for tourists, so women can travel, stay in hotels and move around the UAE independently.

The UAE is one of the safest destinations in the region, with very low everyday crime and well-managed tourist areas. As always, check your own government's current travel advice before you book and while you travel.

The currency is the UAE dirham (AED), pegged at about 3.67 to the US dollar. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are widely accepted across the cities, though it is useful to carry some cash for taxis, markets and smaller shops.
