When applying for a Dubai visa, it is necessary to upload a scanned copy of the passport’s bio-data page. The bio-data page of a passport is the page that contains the personal details of the passport holder, such as name, date of birth, photograph, passport number, date of expiry, etc.
Dubai Visa Passport Requirements
- You need to have a digital copy of the passport scan bio page in either JPEG, JPG, PNG or PDF format (Max file size: 5MB). Each applicant needs to upload the scanned copy of the bio page of a valid passport while submitting a UAE online Visa application
- Passport validity must be a period of six (06) months at the time of entry to UAE
- Atleast two (02) blank page within the passport is required for the Stamp
- The passport bio page has to be coloured. Black and White copies will not be accepted
- Passport front and Last Page: Certain nationalities have important information on the last page of their passport e.g. India. If your nationality does not have any information on the last page you are free to attach the front cover page and Bio page only
- Be sure to avoid any distractions and background elements when taking your picture with a phone camera
- Ensure your passport photo is crystal-clear with all of its four borders visible
