You may require to provide travel arrangements details, including flight bookings, hotel booking, and how long you intend to stay in UAE.
Depending on the purpose of travel, there may be other documents required.

If you plan to travel to the Dubai with your family, each member must apply for a Dubai visa separately. This means that everyone needs to complete their application forms.

Validity of UAE Visa for Indians
If you apply for a 4-day transit visa, the eVisa will be valid for 30 days. You have to enter the UAE during these 30 days.
If you apply for a 30-day tourist visa, the visa will be valid for 60 days starting from the date it’s issued. You must enter the UAE within these 60 days.
Similarly, for a 60-day visa, the validity remains for 60 days.
It’s important to note that it will become invalid or expired unless you use your visa within the specified validity period.
