Dubai Visa FAQ for Yemeni Citizens
Real questions from Yemeni applicants, answered
As of late 2025, reports indicate new tourist visa issuance for Yemeni nationals is temporarily paused, and travel is disrupted by the conflict. This is not officially confirmed. We check the live position for your case before you pay.Does the pause affect Yemenis already living in the UAE?
No. The reported pause applies to new issuance only. Yemeni residents already in the UAE, and their renewals, are not affected, and we can help with those questions.
It has been widely reported but not officially confirmed by the UAE government. We treat it as a reported pause and verify the current situation.
Air travel is disrupted by the conflict, including damage to Sanaa airport, so routes are limited and often via other hubs. This adds to the difficulty of new travel right now.
Contact us and we will check the current position for Yemeni applicants honestly. If new issuance is paused for your case, we will tell you plainly and will not take payment.
Message us on WhatsApp or email, and a specialist will confirm the current position for Yemeni travellers and the realistic options.
We offer three speeds for Yemeni applicants: Standard within 12 working days, Priority within 9, and Express within 6. Times exclude weekends and UAE public holidays and start once your complete application and payment are received. From Yemen, we advise applying at least 15 days before you travel.
Yes. Every Yemeni traveller, including infants and minors, needs a separate eVisa application, even a child included on a parent's passport. In some cases, for Yemen applicants, a birth or marriage certificate may be requested to confirm the family relationship.
Your approved eVisa arrives as a PDF by email and is also available from your visa portal. For Yemeni travellers we recommend carrying a printout for airline check-in and on arrival, with a copy on your phone as a backup. This applies to every eVisa issued for Yemen.
You must leave the UAE before your permitted stay ends. Since February 2026 the grace period has been removed, and a fine of AED 50 per day accrues from the day after your stay expires, so Yemeni travellers from Yemen should plan the departure date carefully.
